Project Manager/ Business Development Lead
Role: Project Manager/ Business Development Lead
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Permanent
Salary: TBC
If you are up for the challenge, and have the skills and experience required, an opportunity exists within Propona for a talented, motivated and hard working individual to drive new business growth, manage existing clients and help develop the business. Remuneration will be directly related to your performance and the performance of the company in terms of its profitability and growth. Indeed your work will be a significant factor in achieving the company’s performance goals which will therefore be developed and defined in conjunction with the successful candidate.
As this is a key, long term role it has the likelihood of becoming a board level opportunity with share options.

Excellent client facing skills are therefore required as well as the ability to manage projects to agreed requirements including timescales and budgets. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute towards the overarching business development strategy.
Propona envisage applicants will have several years of experience in the IT industry to be suitable candidates for this position. An individual with a technical background is preferred (in Microsoft software development, though related hardware/ server/ network skills will also be considered) as given the size of the current team you will be expected to ‘muck in’ on occasion, as well as contribute to our consultancy service, but most important will be the total skillset you bring to the table and your ‘fit’ with the existing team.
